Each hotel safe is equipped with an electronic lock that offers two levels:
Guest code (user code)

Manager or main code (master code)
- remains independent of the guest code
- Always allows opening, regardless of which code has been set
- Can also be used when the battery is empty (model-specific via emergency opening)
This guarantees maximum operational reliability – even if a guest leaves the safe locked or the battery needs to be replaced.
Mechanical emergency opening – maximum security in an emergency
In addition to the electronic lock, our hotel safes feature:
- mechanical emergency opening lock
- keyed-alike emergency opening (on request)
- Emergency opening via master code
This means that the safe can always be opened – regardless of code errors, empty batteries, or lost access data.
