Hotels & Guesthouses
Hotel access systems
A professional hotel card system is at the heart of modern guest management. With Salto Space (on-premise) or Salto KS (cloud-based), you get a flexible system that combines the classic room card with digital keys.
- Guests open their rooms with a card, chip, or smartphone app.
- Authorizations are time-limited and can be adjusted or blocked immediately – ideal for departures or lost cards.
- Employee access to areas such as the kitchen, office, or technical rooms can also be managed flexibly.
This reduces the administrative workload at reception and increases convenience for your guests.
hotel cards
We offer a wide selection of hotel cards in different designs and materials. Whether classic RFID plastic cards, sustainable versions made of bamboo or paper, or personalized cards with your own hotel logo – we have the right solution for every hotel.
All cards are robust, secure, and convenient to use. Thanks to state-of-the-art RFID technology, they enable reliable access control and can be flexibly integrated into existing systems.
hotel safes
Guests want to keep their valuables safe in their hotel rooms. Our hotel safes (e.g., Format Panther) are specially designed for use in the hotel industry.
- They are operated using an individual guest code for each stay.
- A master code allows hotel management to access the safe in exceptional cases.
- All models are equipped with a mechanical emergency key, which can be made to lock all rooms at the same time on request – so you retain full control at all times.
The safes are easy to use, robustly constructed, and blend discreetly into any guest room.
video surveillance
From the hotel lobby to the wellness area to the underground parking garage—reliable video surveillance ensures security, transparency, and trust.
- Burglary and theft prevention through visible cameras.
- Live access via app or PC, anytime and from anywhere.
- Intelligent functions such as motion detection, night vision, license plate recognition, and people counting.
We rely on systems from Hikvision, one of the world's leading manufacturers. This not only ensures safety for guests and staff, but also provides complete documentation in the event of incidents.
alarm systems
Hotels must be protected not only against burglary, but also against fire, smoke, gas, and vandalism. With the Jablotron 100 system, you get a flexible modular system:
- burglar alarms secure doors, windows, and interior areas.
- Smoke and gas detectors warn of dangers.
- Sirens and emergency call systems immediately initiate measures in case of an emergency.
The alarm system can be monitored centrally and adapted to individual circumstances – from small family hotels to large resorts.
parking space monitoring
Guests appreciate smooth parking processes. With Hikvision's parking management solutions, you can secure and organize your parking areas:
- License plate recognition at entry and exit.
- Automatic barrier control for guest parking spaces.
- Video surveillance protects vehicles from theft or vandalism.
This gives you transparency and increases convenience for your guests.
Advertising screens / Interactive screens
Digital information and advertising screens are now an integral part of modern hotels.
- Reception & lobby: display of events, menus, weather information, or offers.
- Conference rooms: digital door signs or presentation displays.
- Restaurants & bars: digital menus or promotional displays.
With Hikvision Interactive Flat Panels, you can flexibly control content and adjust it at any time.
Locks & emergency openings
In addition to electronic access solutions, mechanical emergency openings are an essential part of a secure hotel concept. These are mechanical locking cylinders that are integrated in the background and are only used in emergencies.
They enable access in the event of:
- technical malfunction of the access control system
- power failure
- system malfunctions or software problems
- emergencies where immediate access is required
These mechanical emergency openings ensure that doors remain functional and accessible at all times – regardless of the electronics. At the same time, security levels, traceability, and insurance requirements are fully maintained.
Security is a top priority in hotels. The right locks are particularly important in this regard:
- Deadbolt locks for guest rooms and apartments:
These ensure that doors are considered "locked" even when they are only closed. Without this technology, the door is considered open for insurance purposes when used in combination with an access control system.
- Self-locking locks (SVP) for external access points:
These lock automatically and ensure that the insurance company will recognize the protection in the event of damage.
mailbox systems
For hotels and guesthouses, a small mailbox system is usually sufficient for the operator and, if necessary, employees. We offer durable solutions that can be integrated inconspicuously and offer maximum functionality.
Signage & door labels
From guest room numbers and escape route signs to staff and technical rooms—clear and professional signage provides orientation and meets legal requirements. Door labels with films or signs make rooms clearly recognizable.
Key & chip dispensing systems
The Keybox Basic is Creone's straightforward entry-level solution for secure key storage. Access is via an integrated keypad (connected to a standard 230V power outlet) with an individual code. No software or network connection is required.
This makes the Basic series ideal for companies that want to store their keys centrally and in an organized manner – simply, securely, and reliably, without additional management systems.
Ski lockers, golf lockers, and employee lockers
Hotels in tourist regions require functional and secure storage solutions. We offer:
- Ski lockers with drying systems for skis, boots, and helmets.
- Golf lockers with ventilation and secure locks.
- Staff lockers in various sizes and designs.
All models can be equipped with hotel card locks, combination locks, or classic cylinder locks.
