Behind the weather-resistant stainless steel protective door are six individually usable dispensing compartments, which are controlled by a high-security electronic lock with a master code and up to nine user codes. Dispensing is carried out using a personalized code that the customer enters directly on site. This means that keys, vehicle documents, or service papers can be picked up at any time – regardless of opening hours or staff availability.
A drop slot with a return lock is available for returns. The customer places keys or documents in an envelope and drops it securely into the slot; the contents land in the collection container and cannot be removed again. The compartments are conveniently filled via the main door at the rear, without having to open each compartment individually.
An important security feature is the integrated event log, which documents the last 100 transactions. Software and readout cables are included in the scope of delivery, ensuring that all processes remain transparent and traceable.
