EVVA EPSxp – Patent protection until 2041

Advantages:

  • Familiar key shape: The classic serrated key is widely used and easy to handle.

  • Modular design: Flexibility in adapting the locking system, e.g., by expanding or converting to a rotary knob.

  • Manufactured in Austria: High manufacturing quality by an Austrian company.

Disadvantages

  • Less innovative functions: Compared to reversible key systems, some modern functions such as springless systems or special security features are missing.

  • Charges for keys: Charges apply for master keys, group keys, and additional keys. However, private keys (2-3 per cylinder/door, e.g., for apartments) are free of charge.
